Q. What type of payment do you accept and is it safe?

Q. If a color or size is unavailable, will it be coming back in stock?

A. If you do not see the size or color you need or an item thats sold out please just keep checking back as we re-stock every few days. You can also write to us info@cutecrystals.com to check on a similar product that you might be interested in.

Q. Can items be custom-made to order?

A. Yes. If you don’t see a shoe or crystal color you like, please CLICK HERE to contact us directly. We will be more than happy help try and locate your shoe choice.

Q. How long is the processing and shipping time?

A. It takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for processing and 2-3 business days shipping. All items will have a tracking number and will be shipped Priority Mail.

Q. Can I expedite my order?

A. Yes. Rush processing is available for an extra charge. Contact us at info@cutecrystals.com to add Rush Shipping to our order.

Q. How much faster will I get my order with Rush Shipping?

A. Please be aware that some shoe styles cannot be expedited. Please contact us first to confirm that your shoes are in fact eligible to be expedited before purchasing this listing. If shoes are available for Rush Shipping, you can have your order 1-2 weeks.

A. Do the crystals fall off?

A. We use high grade industrial strength permanent bonding glue placing each crystal individually. Crystals stay on very securely but over time and wear some may became loose. In the case this does occur at any time, please contact us, we will gladly send you the missing rhinestones.

Q. If I place a large order, do I get a discount?

A. Yes, for any orders with 3 plus pairs, please contact us to set up your discount.
